Refund Requests

PressurePrep includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t feel anything within 60 minutes of your first dose, you may request a refund within 14 days of ordering. To request a refund, or if you have any other concern about your order, please reach out through our Contact page and we will review your request and respond directly.

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling or modifying a subscription does not itself generate a refund for orders already processed. See our Subscription Terms for how to cancel or modify before your next renewal.
